I revamped the automated e-commerce emails by designing a new template using HTML/CSS. The previous design was outdated and needed modernization to improve credibility. The updated design aligns more closely with the client’s current branding and is optimized to be responsive across all screen sizes. I ensured that all information was clearly laid out, making it easier for customers to find what they need quickly and efficiently. After multiple rounds of user testing, we pushed the new template live and received positive feedback from customers and colleagues.
